Organs and Budget

The Serafico Institute is an ecclesiastical body that proposes itself as a tool for the practice of evangelical charity by promoting not only rehabilitation, functional and social recovery, education, but also moral education and Christian formation.

It is the governing body of the Serafico Institute and it is invested with all the powers of ordinary administration, as defined by the current Statute issued with a bishop’s decree on 22 October 2010.

Board of Auditors

It is the institutional body with the widest power of control:

on the economic-financial and patrimonial management of the Institute;
on the establishment and maintenance of accounting records required by law in relation to the nature of the Institute and the activities performed;
compliance with the provisions of the Articles of Association and the Regulations within its area of competence

Scientific Ethics Committee

The Scientific Ethics Committee promotes and supervises the technical operational choices according to the most updated guidelines and in compliance with the ethical values of the Institution.
